As the Community Manager you’ll:
- Be present as a friendly face for students and teachers at the studio.
- Respond to new student inquiries via phone, text and email.
- Use Musicologie’s scheduling system to book lessons for students.
- Communicate with students and teachers about scheduling, policies, events, and initiatives.
- Collect payment information from students.
- Keep the studio, bathroom and lesson rooms clean and presentable.
- Order supplies, materials and merchandise necessary for studio operation.
- Plan, organize and conduct events and concerts.
- Use Musicologie's audition and interview system to hire, train and coach teachers.
- Use Musicologie marketing systems to promote and grow the studio.
You’re the right person if you’re:

- Able to work evening hours
You have:
- Sales experience, customer service experience, or similar
- Experience leading a team
- Knowledge of schedule management and collaboration
- Knowledge of sales

Pay and Benefits:
- $40,000/year with a 10% raise available at 90 days based on performance

Typical Work Hours:
- 10am-6pm Mon-Fri
- On premise at the studio
- Some weekend hours needed for events
