Community Manager - Musicologie Grandview

As the Community Manager you’ll:

  • Be present as a friendly face for students and teachers at the studio.
  • Respond to new student inquiries via phone, text and email.
  • Use Musicologie’s scheduling system to book lessons for students.
  • Communicate with students and teachers about scheduling, policies, events, and initiatives.
  • Collect payment information from students.
  • Keep the studio, bathroom and lesson rooms clean and presentable.
  • Order supplies, materials and merchandise necessary for studio operation.
  • Plan, organize and conduct events and concerts.
  • Use Musicologie's audition and interview system to hire, train and coach teachers.
  • Use Musicologie marketing systems to promote and grow the studio.

  • Able to work evening hours

You have:

  • Sales experience, customer service experience, or similar
  • Experience leading a team
  • Knowledge of schedule management and collaboration
  • Knowledge of sales

Pay and Benefits:

  • $40,000/year with a 10% raise available at 90 days based on performance

Typical Work Hours: 

  • 10am-6pm Mon-Fri 
  • On premise at the studio
  • Some weekend hours needed for events
